These terms govern use of the Hush website and service. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Service

Hush helps ecommerce operators assess public exposure and manage protection workflows. Scan output is informational and is not a guarantee that a store is secure, private, compliant, or immune from copying, scraping, fraud, or attack. You must own or be authorized to assess any store you submit.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed by Whop and renew according to the plan shown at checkout until cancelled. Promotions apply only when accepted by Whop checkout and subject to the displayed eligibility and duration. Taxes and payment terms shown at checkout control.

Acceptable use

You may not use Hush to access systems without authorization, evade security controls, harm others, submit unlawful content, reverse engineer the service, or overload its infrastructure.

AI assistant

AI responses may be inaccurate and do not create a professional, legal, or security-advisory relationship. Verify important information with a qualified person.

Refunds and cancellation

Any advertised money-back period is measured from the eligible purchase and remains subject to abuse prevention and applicable law. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hush is provided without warranties not expressly stated, and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service during the prior three months. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
