Hush collects information you submit, such as your name, business email, store URL, waitlist choices, and support-chat messages. If you purchase through Whop, Hush receives transaction and membership details needed to provide service and support; Hush does not receive your full card number.

How information is used

We use it to respond to requests, operate the service, process and reconcile subscriptions, detect abuse, measure product usage, and improve Hush. We use OpenAI to generate AI support responses, PostHog for product analytics and optional session replay, Whop for checkout/subscriptions, and Netlify for hosting and application infrastructure.

AI support

The on-site support assistant is AI, not a human. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, API keys, private store credentials, or sensitive personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics may store device identifiers and usage events. Where consent is legally required, analytics and replay must remain disabled until the consent flow is configured for your region.

Retention and rights

We retain information only as needed for service, security, legal, and accounting purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@tryhush.io. Some records may be retained where legally required.
